That’s right guys, as you read gears are being set in motion to censor the internet. S.O.P.A., or the Stop Online Piracy Acts is a well-intentioned but incredibly flawed and unconstitutional bill that is being pushed through the Senate and House of Representatives that will revolutionize the internet in a way that no one of us would like to see — by censoring it. Now I know that we’re a music blog, not a political one, but this affects us music bloggers the most: by censoring content on the internet, sure, piracy will be stopped, but blogs everywhere will die, and sites like Tumblr and potentially even Facebook could go down. So do your part, go to this site, inform yourself and help make sure that we, as people and daily internet users, are not censored and denied our rights.
Please visit americancensorship.org and help us, and all other blogs and websites, stay exactly where we are.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
The Collab Projekt
Skeeeeee-u! It’s Wednesday already?! Your boy’s got fourteen new tracks for you to indulge on. Three come from my favorite female MC in the game right now, three more come from a respectable JET Life member, and the other 8 come in the form of a delectable 8Tracks playlist that’ll keep you jammin’. You know the drill: Download. Playlist. Enjoy.
Rapsody, the 9th Wonder
prodigyendorsed femcee dropped her third solo release this year. Yes, three mixtapes in one year. ‘For Everything’ is the follow up to ‘Thank H.E.R. Now’, a tape that really established her presence in the game. The latest release only takes it one step higher, continuing to exhibit the Jamla MC’s talents and reassure her fans that she’s not slowing down. With features from Kendrick Lamar, Freeway, GQ, & Bluu Suede, this shit rides and it deserves some play in your music library.Rapsody - The Autobiography of M. Evans
Rapsody feat. Kendrick Lamar - Rock The Bells

Next up, we’ve got Nesby Phip’s latest Phipstape, ‘The Lock Out’. The JET Life up-and-comer has been on his grind, but he’s still moving under the radar of many. One thing I can assure you, the dude keeps it consistent. Rapper, songwriter, and producer, Nesby Phips has a hold on his music that many up-and-comers can’t match. ‘The Lock Out’ includes features from Curren$y, Corner Boy P, Fiend, Stalley, Kosher Beats, and a couple others. If you’re interested in trying something new, let your ears sip on this one for a bit.

Hahaha! I’m really glad you liked this electrobat! I fuck with Disco Fries BIG TIME, they’re so freakin’ nasty. This was one of their more different sounds but they always do shit so well. Glad you liked it! :D
This is crazy! 2:17 on Where Is Love! Speechless. Thanks collabprojekt for posting.
Here’s a bit of a treat! Disco Fries partook in the remix compilation EP of the single by Mysto & Pizzi feat. Johnny Rose, Where is Love. What makes this track so interesting is that it’s the first time I’ve personally heard Disco Fries make anything that even resembles dubstep. Usually when I listen to Disco Fries I get bumpin’ electro-house bangers, but not this track! I mean, obviously it has those elements, it is still them, but with some dubstep wobbles and other elements in it. Check it out.

The EP is out on Beatport and includes other remixes by Lucky Date, Electrixx and even a remix by Mysto & Pizzi themselves.
